These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Somnera (the “App”), operated by Syntax & Soul (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Somnera is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to interfere with its functionality, or use it for unlawful purposes.

2. Subscriptions & Free Trial

Somnera offers auto-renewing subscriptions, which may include monthly and yearly plans and a 7-day free trial, where available.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account after the free trial ends.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

All billing and refunds are handled by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information and cannot issue refunds directly.

3. Content & Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including audio, text, visuals, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Syntax & Soul. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reuse any content without permission.

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

Somnera is not a medical, therapeutic, or professional health service and should not be relied upon as such.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntax & Soul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
